Step 2: Travel Form
To register for YTTC, you must complete Step 1 (Registration) by 31st March and Step 2 (Travel Form) by 30th June.
- Do not book travel or complete the Travel Sign Up until you have received an email confirmation from the YTTC Team to confirm your acceptance on to the course. Your email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after the Registration deadline.
- We encourage you to book your travel well in advance of the travel deadline to save on costs, rather than leaving it last minute when tickets will be expensive and ideal travel times will be limited.
- Please try to travel as a group with your local church members. This will greatly help the host church coordinate pick up and drop off.
- Travel directly from your local church. Please do not use it as an opportunity to visit friends, as this cost will not be covered by church.
- All participants MUST attend the YTTC Opening Ceremony on the first day of the course. This is so we can all set our hearts right together at the beginning. Allow for extra time to get to church.
- Book your travel to depart after the Closing Ceremony is finished.
- If your local church board is booking your travel, kindly remind them that you are required to attend both the Opening and Closing Ceremony. You are also still required to complete this travel form by the deadline.
- Book your travel to arrive and depart at a reasonable time. Be considerate to the local members who will need to come collect you. For example, arriving at 11pm is unreasonable, as you will need to be picked up and settled in at church which will disturb other students who are already sleeping.
- For international students, travel sign up is for travel details to and from the host church, not your flight information to the UK. Please arrange to arrive at a reasonable time.
- For international students, please also book travel insurance.

- If a student requires to stay extra days, you must seek permission from the YTTC team PRIOR to booking your travel. Where possible, we ask students to seek alternative accommodation to alleviate the workload of the host church. This also applies to international students.
- For Students, the course begins on the first Sunday at 6pm and finishes on the last Sunday at 2pm. (For TLs, the course begins on the first Sunday at 4pm)
